Thanks to our team and also to our suppliers, collaborators and also customers, we have managed to be the first hotel in Bilbao to be certified in the ARC 360 (Integral Competitive Regenerative Activity) standardsomething that impels us strongly to continue with the commitment we have made.

We are committed to the Competitive Regenerative Hotel model, evolution of traditional sustainability that incorporates economy and culture, to the three traditional spheres (Good Governance, Social and Environmental).
